JOB DETAILS
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
Experience: 1-3 years (CRO experience preferred)
Location: Rabale, Navi-Mumbai
Reporting to: Director-HR, Matrix reporting to COO
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Work on identifying talent needs and scout for suitable candidates across departments.
Onboarding: Onboarding of new joiners, management of payroll, workplace set-up and PF-ESIC interfaces.
Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee relations issues by promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance management processes by providing guidance on goal setting and performance evaluations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly HR-MIS, dashboards for discussion with Management team.
