Synergetics one of the pioneers in IT Training and Software Advisory Services is looking to hire a HR Executive. Since the ideal candidate will be recruiting the best talent in the IT Training industry knowledge of the Industry and Technology is essential. She should have a pleasing personality and a good command over English. She should have good knowledge of HR Policies and Processes . She will be the brand spokesperson of the Company who will highlight the Company Culture and Career path to prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing
To maintain a database with profiles and contact Details for Selection process and for in future utilization.
Posting the sourcing opportunities on various job portals & Social Media Groups
Identifying the source for hiring
Initial short listing of profiles
Finalizing the commercial terms and conditions
Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the sourcing function
To maintain a database with profiles and contact Details for Sourcing process and for in future utilization.
Analyzing the requirement for different clients in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Departments
Searching for profiles as per the client requirements from various sources.
Screening the profiles with a short telephonic/personal interview.
Organizing the evaluation of the profiles shortlisted.
Collecting feedback about the resources, in a structured form, from respective superiors and customers
Follow-ups till the requirement is closed i.e. the requirements gets closed within the time period with a right fit
To manage all profiles received.
To manage all line management feedback on profile. .
Conduct searches of websites and databases to generate new profiles.

Reporting
To maintain and update the status of current requirements and maintain a record of all full-filled requirements.
Maintaining weekly reports.

Qualifications:
Experience working in a standalone role desirable.
Experience of working in a Service industry environment is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, judgment, ability to see the nuance and make solid and effective recommendations and decisions in inexact situations.
Highly self-motivated, conscientious and confidential individual who demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.
Ability to build confidence quickly.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational, matrix environment.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. Sensitivity to the need of every individual to be treated with respect and fairness.
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or law.
Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ability to priorities and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment meet deadlines and have strong, demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled.
Communicates a "can do" attitude and positive outlook, minimizing negative behaviors.
Excellent presentation skills and an ability to engage audiences.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field or related certification preferred.
Highly-skilled HR professional with demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in the principals and practices of Human Resources.
