Designation: Senior Executive
Reporting to: Director Programs
Base Location: Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
CTC: Rs 2.4 Lakhs to Rs 3 Lakhs
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR Administrator. You will perform multi functional role in HR and also support in the general administration of Suryoday Foundation including offering administrative assistance to the different teams. HR procedures and can coordinate various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Create regular reports and presentations
Answer employee’s queries
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Arrange and support in employee engagement activities
Coordinate with different department and vendors for requirement like stationary etc
Requirements
Any Graduate with minimum 1 to 2 Years’ experience
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is must.
