Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manages talent acquisition process including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
2. Maintains systematic documentation of all employee records including drafting offer, appointment & termination letters, as and when necessary.
3. Manages Payroll administration leaves and attendance management for all employees of the company.
4. Co-ordinates with an external HR Consultant and aids in the implementation and administration of new HR policies for the company
5. Responsible for Staff Welfare, Employee Engagement Activities & Training Requirements
6. Manages Housekeeping Staff and Requirements to administer Office & Factory Premises Cleanliness and Hygiene
7. Supports management to understand Employee Needs and Fulfil them
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must be
1. Bachelors degree in human resources or a related business field.
2. Good in communication (English & Marathi)
3. Interested to Learn
4. Strong understanding of generating a payroll & its component (ESI, EPF, TDS, etc.)
5. Must be residing in Mumbai, preferably between Goregaon and Vasai.
6. Should have knowledge of Computer Operations (MS-Office)
7. Candidates who can join at short notice would be preferred.
8. Open to Travel to Factory as and when required (Minimum once a week)
9. Capable of building strong relations with staff
