Ø Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Human Resource and Administrative function.
Ø Develop and monitor departmental budget, goals and objectives for both HR and Administrative teams
Ø Plan, implement and manage the Human Resource function including staffing, staff development, performance management, and compensation and employee relations
Ø Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
Ø Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
Ø Develop and implement compensation strategy and processes that will attract, motivate and retain the right talent required
Ø regular visit to the areas of factory/premises of the organization on regular interventions
Upgrade & update the SOPs, JDs, other documentation, etc of own department & team and conduct periodic audits for the same
