Develop and update job descriptions for the recruitment requirements.
Post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source candidates through Job Portals/ References etc.
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes in the initial telephonic interaction/ interview.
Coordinate with line management for scheduling interviews.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the entire selection process.
Ensure completion of recruitment related formats as per the policy of the company. Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
Get required documents from the candidate and complete the document checking and verification. Conduct Background verification check in a timely manner.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Prepare salary structure of new candidates as per the company policy. Seek necessary approvals for the selection of the candidate.
Joining Formalities
Issue offer letter to the candidates. Resolve the queries of the candidates and ensure timely joining through continuous follow-up.
Complete Joining formalities. Get necessary joining documents completed.
Coordinate with concerned person for Timely Induction & Onboarding new employees in order to make them fully integrated.
