Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
Resolve issues between management and employees
Advise managers on policies like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff
Oversee recruitment and hiring process
Direct disciplinary procedures
Assist in admin and finance departments
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications (MANDATORY):
MBA in Human Resource
Excellent grasp over Microsoft excel and word
Ability to critically think and work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
Excellent in verbal and written English.
