We are Hiring Candidates for HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Facilitate the orientation process for new employees.
Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, scheduling meetings, and handling phone inquiries.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience: 2-6 yrs
Working Days : 6 Days (2nd & 4th is Half Day)
Working Hours- 9 hours
