Job Summary
We are looking for an HR professional to set up and expand the HR department for our organization. The candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by creating a compelling employment brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
HR Documentation work
Infrastructure management
Vendor management
To seamlessly manage other administrative tasks
Streamlining the current recruitment process for freshers and lateral hires across departments.
Making sure adequate number of candidates with the right skills are presented to the testing/interview panel.
Taking exit interviews and handling exit formalities. Collecting relevant data and presenting it to the concerned people.
Determining the appropriate strength of departments for meeting project needs
Providing input on salaries based on market trends
Other HR work as may be assigned due to work exigencies
Standardizing training, development, and performance management
Defining goals for resource levels by department with department heads and functional managers
Optimizing and standardizing the appraisal process by setting performance metrics for goals defined
Managing employee relations
Implementing and administering HR best practices
Driving employee engagement initiatives.
Implementing steps for ensuring the overall well-being of employees.
Promptly investigating and resolving workplace issues
Implementing strategies to promote employee retention
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications
The candidate should have 1- 4 years of experience in HR in a Software company
Degree in Human Resources Management
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month
