Issuing letters like Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion, Warning & Transfer letter.
Making MIS related to HR.
Maintaining TAT data.
Employees Relations:
Attending to the problems/queries/complaints of the employees.
Addressing employee grievances.
Separation and Exit
Conducting exit interview
Processing Full & Final settlement.
Issuing relieving letter and experience certificate to resigned employees.
