What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Selection, Induction, Onboarding & Exit
- Sourcing profiles through Job portal, Social Media Recruitment, Head Hunting etc, and closing positions within timelines. Conduct the first round of interviews with candidates.
- Create/ review the job description and ensure validation from Line Manager.
- Ensure timeliness in administrative activities like issuance of appointment letters, completion of employee file, pre-employment verification, etc.
- Process employee joining and exit formalities
Performance Reviews :-
Payroll and Benefits Management.
- Validation of Inputs Regarding monthly Attendance & Leave Management
- Process the company's payroll every pay period
- Maintenance of Employee Master Details and creating employee profile.
- Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant law.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
- Accounting of salary and providing reports for Audit purposes.
- Deal with employee - Medical Insurance
- Be the point of contact for all HR requirements.
Statutory Compliance Management :-
- Deal with Government and legal departments.
- Preparing monthly ESI and EPF returns and submitting
- Preparing PF claims of Employees and submitting them to the PF office
- Generation of ESIC temporary cards & creating & submitting monthly ESIC Challans.
- Clearing PF claims and Notices.
- Preparing monthly Professional Taxes, Labour Welfare fund and submitting.
