This position requires someone who can direct and oversee the hiring, training, dismissal process and, monitor the benefits program of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supporting the recruitment process
Good knowledge of interviewing techniques and phone screening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills while interacting with candidates
Scheduling Interviews.
Follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
Employee onboarding & Engagement
Onboarding newcomers to the company, completing joining formalities and orientation.
Ensuring good employee relations and motivation of employees at all levels.
Ensuring company policies are adhered by the all employees.
Handling all HR and operational queries of employees.
Processing the Exit formalities and full & final settlement of the employees
Organising events and activities for better engagement of employees.
Payroll & Support
Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
Maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees.
