Duties and Responsibilities
60% Recruitment / 40% Generalist
Handling Campus Hiring
Issuing Offer / Appointment Letters to the new joinees
Handling Filing System
Lateral Hiring for Coaches & Other positions as per business requirement
Taking care of documentation of new joinees
Sending new joinee information for salary process
Collect all docs from new joinees at PAN India Level
Design Yearly Holiday Calendar
Issue ID Cards to the new Joinees
Issue Salary Revision / Bonafide Certificate / Other letters as instructed
Plan & Implement employee engagement activities
Criteria :
Should have Excellent English Communication
Should have knowledge on advance excel & mail Merge
Should be well versed with all statutory related matters

Since the last 13 years, over 1 Lakh participants have undergone physical education training and sports coaching with The Sports Gurukul and it now operates in over 25 cities across the country.
We provide physical education for schools in India, sports training, school sports management and total sports management services for schools and colleges to help them take their sports to the next level, and conduct Training Programs for all outdoor and indoor sports. Our coaches have trained more than 15000 students at grass root level over the last 10 years.
