JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a candidate with dynamic personality and strong hands on experience on hiring and managing the recruitment database. Candidates who are good in interpersonal and decision making skills aligning with the business requirement are required. The additional skill sets which are preferred for the role are mentioned in below.
Should have experience as an IT Recruiter or Recruiter.
Should have an understanding the quality of hiring and managing the attrition.
An ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles, preparing the job description in case required.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search in different job sites).
Candidates who are good at negotiation, understanding different stakeholders requirements as per the Job Description.
Should have sound knowledge on Core HR.
Should be able to publish weekly , monthly MIS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant degree.
Candidates from Western line (Mumbai Suburbs) are preferred.
