What you will do:
· Assist in the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels
· Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, conducting 1st round of interviews, database management of current candidates and salary negotiation, sharing offer letters, etc
· Conducting the induction process and building a positive onboarding experience for all the employees
· Create monthly calendars, conceptualize and manage end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities.
· Assist in employee grievance redressals
· Coordinate actively with the other teams in the organization to observe and implement best-practices
· Communicate actively with all the other teams as well as maintain good employee relations
