communicate ideas to internal and external stakeholders of various
backgrounds and levels.
Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute
necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with strong
attention to detail and data accuracy.
Job Summary You will be the core member of Talent Acquisition Team of Smollan
India and has to aligned with each of Business with their Recruitment
needs and effectively fill the gaps
Key Responsibilities &
Deliverables
Leading and delivering day to day operations in the recruitment and
selection process.
Generating, maintaining, and ensuring accuracy of dashboards,
scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment
process.
Creating a robust Recruitment Mechanism for all channels across all
levels (this will include non IT & IT Recruitments, front line Team
Leader/Supervisor recruitments)
Providing planning, logistics, and administrative support in the
execution of various programs in talent supply.
Providing stewardship and controls support in the end-to-end
operations of Smollan recruitment process.
Baseline current channel mix, and related costs: pursue alternate
avenues for effective sourcing incl' social media, professional/industry
forums, other alliances and set up target costs per hire: by band

Key Competencies Very good understanding of the dotcom space
Strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing
Innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost effective
manner
Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver
within defined timeline Good at handling multiple open positions &
prioritizing the work accordingly
Excellent negotiation/convincing skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, preferably with good excel knowledge
Team Player –ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross
functional teams
