Roles and Responsibilities
Manage hiring needs of the business by attending Recruitment Strategy Calls, reviewing and understanding job descriptions and aligning sourcing channel and TTF expectations with Hiring Manager
Job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, documenting and reporting
Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position
Desired Candidate Profile
The ability to prioritise and organise own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within fixed guidelines and timelines for recruitment
Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.
The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
Should be Fluent in English and Hindi.
