Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
80 % of the Job profile will include recruitment as a key responsibility.
Sourcing candidates from various job boards Screening candidates. Interview scheduling,
Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants.
Manage full life cycle of recruitment process for both client and candidate.
Coordinate interviews with hiring manager and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required.
Ensure a good turn-up to line-up ratio with a minimum of 40% conversion rate.
Preparing candidates for interview with clients.
Participate in drives and other hiring events.
Should be able to release offers in a timely manner.
Should be able to work within stringent timelines and on monthly targets.
Responsible for post-offer management. Ensure documentation is completed according to the company policy.
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Prepare and share reports/ updated data (MIS) on a regular/ daily basis
Engaging with candidates/offer management.
Centralized Employee Data Management.
Handling Payroll and compliance basics.
Employee Grievance handling basics
Framing/ implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs.

Excellent spoken/written English communication skills
Must be proficient in sourcing the right candidate through Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Job Portals, Referrals, Education- MBA (HR) preferably, Articulate.
Strong presentation skills.
Should be adaptive to HR operations.
Soft Skills: Superior Communication and Interaction skills (English, Hindi, Marathi,). Superb Analytics/ logical reasoning abilities.
Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
Should be able to work independently. Demonstrated management presentation abilities. Self-motivated with Business Acumen skills, Business Skills.
Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations.
Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance.
