Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualification
Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
Contact references and perform background checks
Hire or refer qualified candidates
Conduct new employee orientations
Process paperwork
Resolve issues between management and employees
Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff

As the next present generation came on board, the visions and focus expanded. Shree Krishna Group endeavoured in Stevedoring, transportation and Mining activities. Three highly focused, visionary and hard working sons of Shree Gulabrai Kundalia, namely Mr Sanjay Kundalia, Mr Abhay Kundalia & Mr Ajay Kundalia started running laps and taking the organisation to farthest horizons. With each one having unique expertise and common vision, organisation attained greater heights. Still that continues to be attitude of the company. Soon Shree Krishna Group moved its base to Mumbai, the commercial hub of India. With the fore sighted vision, Shree Krishna Group marked its presence in the Shipping / Material Handling activities. Then journey continues by developing newer ports to Chartering to Export / Import of commodities etc
