Role Description.
This is a full-time on-site role at ShopSe Digital Finance in Mumbai.
This role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and impacting overall employee experience.
Daily tasks include overseeing HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies, handling employee relations, and optimizing HR processes.
Qualifications & Prior Experience.
HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies expertise.
HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) skills.
Experience in managing employee relations and HR processes.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
HR certification is a plus.
Not Suitable Candidates.
This role is not for a core recruiter or a payroll professional.
