Job Description :
a) Work on the annual manpower plan across the organisation for meeting the business requirement
b) Devise hiring strategy to recruit right talent and ensure closure of positions.
c) Implement the new hire on-boarding process to build connect with employees across the organisation
d) Ensure that the induction feedback is collected on timely basis
e) Complete the recruitment process within 30 days of receiving manpower requisition form
f) Ensure zero hiring through the consultant
g) Submit timely recruitment tracker and report to the management
h) Ensure that attendance is recorded accurately and on timely basis
i) Prepare Late Coming MIS - No. of occasions, no. of hours: with recommendations (ensure that the norms are set with management and analysed)
j) Ensure that the PMS cycle is followed and increment calculations and data analysis is done
k) Ensure employee absenteeism rate at 15% average per month
l) Take disciplinary action in consultation with the Senior management & Finance head
a) Ensure that the employee HR master up to date and send monthly headcount update and change to Senior Management by 3rd of every month
b) Manage Employee Life cycle - from Joining to exits
c) Ensure updating of Organisation structure - dept. wise on monthly/quarterly basis
d) Ensure full and final settlement of all exiting employees whether volunteer or forced
e) Ensure complete statutory compliance
f) Understand manpower need of the organisation
g) Work Closely with the Senior Management
h) Assess capabilities of employees and accordingly plan work allocation with the ultimate motive of increasing productivity.
i) Study the best productive employee on the basis of cost vs. ROI.
j) Study steps used by the best employee in the work by observing his work vs. other team members work
