JOB DETAILS
1. Look after the entire HR operations for the group along with the HR manager
2. Manage the duties from on boarding to exit formalities
3. Work on conducting induction programs and training
4. Work on looking after HR administration & resolving issues and queries of employees
5. Create monthly calendars and coordinate monthly employee engagement programs
6. Compile data needed from time to time related to performance reviews/training/employee engagement, branding, and administration
7. Provide timely feedback/recommendations to the management
8. Work on taking care of the administrative responsibilities, such as laptop management, company assets, etc.
9. Good knowledge of recruitment and various job portals would be an advantage
