Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist - (1-4 years exp) Immediate joiner from Mumbai only.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle with expertise in sourcing, screening, pitching and negotiations for assigned roles.
Coordinate and assist in interview scheduling.
Maintain a detailed record of applicants, their required details and interview status with feedbacks.
Manage Glassdoor & other employee reviews
Assist in recruitments activities as needed
Develop culture posts on social media for and on behalf of employees
Execute & coordinate skill development for employees
Manage annual employee training program & ensure execution
Execute employee quarterly recognition plan.
Design & plan quarterly employee engagement.
Conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys & present results to management
Build & execute charity initiative plan.
Engage management team in student and tech community activities for brand building exercise
Work on onboarding new employees via Zoho People

Educational Background
Graduate/ Post-graduate preferably in Human Resource (BA, BMM, MHRM, MHRD)
