Screening Resumes and sourcing potential candidates from various platforms
Cooridnate with Business Head and line up candidates for interview
Complete all new - hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
Maintaining all employee records like Attendance, Leave Record,etc
Processing Company Payroll Disbursal of salaries
Handle Discliplinary Actions
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement Performance Review Procedures
New Joinee / Exit Formalities
Candidate Profile
Candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, Demonstrable experience in recruiting and negotiating skills, Extensive Knowldege of applicant tracking systems,Strong understanding of HR functions, Methods, Stategies, Procedures and Policies
