 Human Resources is a vital function of all services businesses. We have a team
strength of 110 people and are growing month on month to expand the team. The
day-to-day activities of an HR Executive include –
Recruitment
 Sourcing right talent through various mediums/source of recruitment
 Interviewing candidates to understand their fit as per the role and
company culture
 Closure of positions within defined TAT
 Acting as the SPOC for all recruitment portals and agencies
 Scouting for new recruiter empanelment
 Maintaining HR MIS Reports and Daily, Weekly & Monthly
Employee Onboarding
 Conducting joining formalities, on-boarding, documentation of the new
joinees
 Implementing induction program for the new joinees - co-ordinate with IT
Department, Operations Department
