End to end recruitment for open positions, i.e., Accounts, Marketing, HR, Ops & Sales roles.(75% of the role)
Employee Engagement initiatives w.r.t daily corporate communication, quarterly challenges & monthly fun activities
Organizing and overlooking trainings for departments assigned
Organizing quarterly performance management for the department assigned
Ad hoc operations tasks assigned as per necessity
