Job Posting on all the Portals and Social media platforms
Coordination with campus and colleges for their alumni details
Sourcing , Screening and Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates as per the criteria .
Should be able to convey feedback to the interviewed candidates on a real time basis.
Rolling out offers , Negotiating on Salary and having closures for a smooth onboarding.
