JOB DETAILS
Conducting Full & Final settlement of employees (Coordination with HO)
Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints, provides guidance if necessary.
Maintain & Update the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS report
Manage Welfare Activities like, Transportation, Canteen and Medical Center etc.
Maintaining daily reporting IN/OUT, attendance management, leave management (Contract + Company Employee)
Maintain Legal Register of Statutory Compliance
Liaison with surrounding Government Body
All Legal & Statutory work of Site, Like Liaison with Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector, Employment Exchange, Grampanchayat
Maintain & Procedure for Factory Licence & Other Licence as required
Managing Contract Labour
Managing PF & ESIC with coordination of HO

Required Experience and Qualifications
min 5 years of experience
Proficiency in Hindi, English and local languages
Confident & Presentable personality
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Good Leadership & Decision making skills
