Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
End to end Expat Recruitment for the Groups Operations in West African Countries/ End to end recruitment for CSC International (Expat and Local).
Sourcing CVs and conducting telephonic round from various job portals.
Mapping and engaging potential recruitment partners according to business requirements.
Liasoning with Business Unit Heads/Line Managers/Local HR Team for recruitments and related feedback.
Conducting reference checks.
Scheduling interviews, communicating feedback to the candidates.
Managing to get all the required documents from the selected candidates.
Responsible for drafting offers, appointment letters, confirmation letters and experience letters.
Accountable for maintaining the master recruitment database.
Responsible for identifying various potential options to cater to the recruitment needs.
Responsible for maintaining the TAT.
HR Operations
Design and maintaining complex organization charts for role clarity and succession planning
Design maintains and signoff Job Descriptions
Designing of compensation and benefits structure according to the business requirements.
Drafting manuals, policies, booklets, letters related to Human Resources and according to the business requirements in consideration with Sr. Manager HR.
Responsible for maintaining the employee files and folders for CSC International Business.
Planning and execution of employee induction program for CSC International Business.
Database Management Headcount MIS, any other data as and when required.
Employee Engagement
Organizing monthly Birthday/Festive Celebrations.
Planning & Organizing Annual get-togethers and Annual Programs related to Sara Globa.
Training and Development
Identifying the Partners and managing the Training records, responsible for Implementing the Employee Orientation Program for Expats and Local (Mumbai) new joiners.
Identifying training needs and Liasoning with the external training partners across Sara Business.
Maintaining the Training Calendar for Sara Global.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years experience in similar role.
Ability to interact effectively with business leaders from across the functions in the company.
Should have handled Lateral Hiring, should have exposure in different tools used related to hiring.
