Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
Ensure error free transactions and Implement & maintain Controls & evidences for obtaining Authorization and
Managing queries raised by Audits / Govt Dept.
Satisfy Finance / Auditors (Both Internal / External) with respect to various queries on Payroll & Accounting.
Handling IT queries & demand from IT Dept.
Resolve the queries in connection with Expat with the help of Consultant
Managing payroll helpdesk on email & phone
Submission of Actuary data
2) STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Ensure Adherence to Statutory Compliance with respect to payments
Preparation of Directors Report & Section 217 Report
Payment of Income Tax & Income Tax return
Payment of Professional tax, ESIC on time
Payment of HDFC loan deduction on time.
Payment of HDFC NPS deduction on time.
Submission of ESIC PT IT challan to compliance for audit purpose
3) EMPLOYEE F&F SETTLEMENT Exit Process
Will be single point of contact for FNF activity
Timely & accurate processing of FNF
4) SUPPORT TO C&B
Critically evaluate & validate the data related to
COD, (Charter of Demand for union)
INSURANCE DATA, (Life & Health Insurance)
5) SAP PAYROLL ACCOUNTING
Timely booking of salary & FNF JV
Timely booking of salary payment & FNF payment JV
Regular Scrutiny of account, clearance of GL Postings.
Ensure monthly provision of Bonus / SA / PF / EPS etc.
Core Deliverables
Processing Salary for India and Nepal every month and addressing their queries with regard to same
Scrutiny of Payroll Account & bank general ledger account
Calculating and Making monthly Payment to IT Authority, ESIC, Professional Tax and LIC
Preparing monthly returns to be given to IT authority, Professional tax, ESIC, LIC and addressing their queries with regard to same
Preparing, Processing and communicating Full and Final settlement and uploading them on SAP
Preparing and Processing Form 16 for all employees
To send employee data on half-yearly/yearly/quarterly basis to insurance companies for updating their master
Managing the queries of Internal and external Auditors and submitting the required documents on time

Knowledge of payroll systems, tools, statutory requirements.
SAP payroll accounting experience.
Computer expertise eg. Ms-Office, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
Knowledge and comfort of using tools and systems required for carrying out required activities
Language requirements English & Local Languages
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate with 3-5yrs of experience in Payroll can apply
Note: This position is on 3rd party payroll (renewable contract - every 6month)
