Sourcing and Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mailers, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and Data Bank.
Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job
Involved in End to End Recruitment process.
Solid communication skills :.
PGDM/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant Consultancy background preferred not mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should posses very good communication and interpersonal skills.
