Position : HR Executive -Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring process across all business and technical functions. Strategizing recruitment plans as per business priorities.
Deploying competitive hiring practices like Employee referrals, IJPs, Career portal, Job Portals, Walk-in-drives, Social networking and maintaining a consistent pool of candidates for quick and prompt hiring
Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates as per the job descriptions and requirements shared by the hiring managers.
Completion of all HR formalities of shortlisted candidates, which includes reference checks, salary negotiations etc.
Maintaining different information trackers related to competitor mapping , CTC benchmarking, headcount trackers etc.
Experience & Skills:
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from Medical devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good communication skills.
Location Mumbai (Andheri E) near to Chakala Metro Station
