Job description Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment: Sourcing the candidates as per manpower requirement in various departments through headhunting, data bank and employee reference, job portals & consultants. Screening of profiles, conducting the preliminary interview,s and lining up telephonic & personal interviews. Follow-ups at regular intervals with the candidates till they join the organization and deal with their various queries. Overseeing the joining processes plus ensuring that the offer & appointment letter is sent on time. Maintaining Recruitment Tracker. Induction & Orientation: Completing employees joining formalities i.e. Joining Kit, Verification, Account Opening, etc. Orienting employees about company policies, Products manufactured, Plant Visits, HR Policies, etc. Ensure Ready to Work situation for the employee. Conduction of Evaluation test after technical knowledge orientation. Designed induction format for different levels of positions in departments. Discussing Job Descriptions with newly joined employees. Leave and Attendance and Payroll Management: To handle leave and attendance and Payroll for employees on HRMS. Performance Management: Continuously mapping performance through different evaluation patterns and analyzing the need for training on their particular production aspects, which help to improve their skills and knowledge. Training and Development Coordination with functional heads for organizing functional training based on training needs identified. Annual Training Calendar Designing. Arrangement of Training- Circulating the training Schedules, Designing the list of trainees with the help of Competency Matrix as well as Training Need Identification Coordinating with internal as well as external trainers. Analyzing Training Effectiveness and Evaluation. Part of training content development team- (Technical Training Content Designing) Training MIS and Recordkeeping. Conducting Weekly Safety Trainings. Performance Appraisal Participate in yearly performance appraisal assessing and evaluation process. (180-degree appraisal) To be involved in final appraisal/rating after receiving the feedback. Ensure Coordination with HODs for collecting Performance Review Forms on Probation completion/ Confirmation/ mid increments / Annual Increments. Ensure Coordination with Payroll for updating on Increments/ Incentives based on PMD. Ensure a smooth annual appraisal process. Employee Engagement: To organize various events and programs to bring employees together. To organize stress relief sessions for employees. (Viz Panchkarma, Train the trainer) Exit Formalities: Responsible for completion of Exit Formalities such as Clearance of Zenith Accounts, Handover of work, Exit Interview report, etc. Having counseling Sessions with resigned and asking reasons for leaving the organization along with Manager-HR. Coordination with Payroll team for Full & Final Settlement. Ensure issue of Experience and relieving letters to resigned employees. Miscellaneous Roles Responsible for Handling Employee Grievances with the HR Team. Preparation of Organization Charts / Departmental charts. Revising of Job Descriptions. Confirmation Letters and Probation Complete in check. Other Admin Activities Maintaining Personal Files and formats and Master List in Excel Sheet of all Employees. Birthday Celebrations Arrangements. Maintaining HR MIS Report. Pantry Work Management. Service contract PC/AC/Water Filter/Carpenter/Panting/Masonry work Factory License Renewal Insurance Desired Candidate Profile Post Graduation in HR/Labour Law/IR is a must. 2-5 years of experience in End - to- End HR Generalist activities. Good Communication skills Candidates willing to work from Office shall apply. Location: Andheri (East), Chakala Immediate joiners are preferred.
