Full job description
ROLE:
· The primary role is to mediate between employees and top management of the company to maintain good harmony.
· To maximize employee’s productivity & protecting the company from any issue that may arise within the workforce.
· To handle directing, execution & overseeing processes like recruitment, hiring, firing, training, problem solving HR policies, payroll, employee engagement. Health environment., health plan, medical checkup, benefits, employee welfare etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drafting HR policies
· Arrange and conduct soft skill training.
· Updating matrix and payroll management
· Employee survey & feedback
· Updating HR related documents, SOP’s, Procedure, record, Policies etc.
AUTHORITIES:
· Implementation of all HR policies
· Planning budget for employee every activity
· PR related Budget
· Managing contract work

We are a professionally managed company incorporated in 2008 and started manufacturing & selling of our polymer in 2009. We have range of products catering wide spectrum of industry such as water treatment, ceramic & tile, textile processing, detergent & cleaning, paint & pigments, paper making, oil field, sugar processing etc.
Our product line includes carboxylate polymers particularly low mol. Wt. variety of monomers majorly acrylates like acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic anhydride, acrylamide etc are used to synthesize these polymers. apart from these some of the specialty monomers like AMPS, TBA, polythenglycol acrylates etc. are also used in the manufacturing process. Our polymers are used to deliver key performance in various industrial applications like scale inhibition in water treatment industry (cooling towers and RO’s), disaggregating and grinding aid in ceramic industry, dispersing and chelating agent in textile industry, soil anti redeposition aid and performance improver in detergent and cleaners, deflocculating agent in paint and pigment slurries, antiscalant and dispersants in paper, antiscalant and mud drilling aid in oil field, scale inhibitors in sugar evaporators.
