Roles and Responsibilities
Should be adept in recruitment through various job portals and social media.
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Assist in Induction and Orientation program for new joiners.
Write and deliver presentations to corporate officers regarding human resources policies and practices.
Maintain records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as recruitment, promotions, transfers, performance reviews.
Coordinate with Seniors for implementing Employee Engagement Activities.
Respond & Review to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Should have good understanding of Employee Life cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Graduate in Science/ Bachelors in Engineering/B.Com
Post Graduate in Human Resources. MBA preferred.
Should have 3-4 years of relevant experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
