Conducting initial round of interview for all level profiles and to coordinate further with zonal and regional business representatives for closures.
Collecting documents and negotiating ctc with candidates.
Completing offer and joining formalities and also managing post joining onboarding formalities of new hires.

Fresher with MBA degree into HR specialization can apply.
Graduates with 1+ years of experience into talent acquisition.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills - Written and Verbal along with ability to Influence and motivate others.
