Salary Band: 3 lakh to 7 lakh
Job Description:
Connect with Local HR and Sourcing Partner on daily basis to resolve issues and escalation
Maintain MIS in excel & on portal and weekly reporting
Conduct Audit and Reporting
Manage 20 to 25 Sourcing Partner independently
Proactively resolve issues or escalate them to lead HR or Head HR for resolution
Support in identification and on boarding of new Sourcing Partner
Conduct daily / weekly cadence calls with Sourcing Partners
