End to End Recruitment.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Manpower search through various modes of recruitment viz. job portals, references, head-hunting, mapping
Screening and scheduling candidates with stakeholders
Stakeholder management via maintaining relationships with HR managers and external candidates.
Maintain MIS and funnel track for recruitment
Checking documentation and following up with respective HR managers to ensure offer of selected candidates is rolled out.
Ensuring offered candidates join by establishing a good rapport with candidates and through follow up.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should have experience in recruitments.
Freshers are also welcomed.
Possess good communication skills
Immediate joiners would be preferred.
