To find the best suitprofiles for various life insurance sales channels from the given database
Follow-up and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates at every stage of screening to joining stage
Update all candidate interactions in internal database accurately and on a timely manner
To be compliant and adhere with the call script provided to maintain quality standards of interviewing process laid down by TA team
To coordinate with Team Leader/Sr. Manager in the event of any challenges faced from interview to joining stage ofall salespositions
To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business heads, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
Eligibility Criteria:
Min 1-2 years of recruitment experience preferably in BFSI domain and into volume hiring
Freshers interested to make career in HR can apply
Candidates should have strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Graduate/HSC pass
CTC: Range from 13,000 P.M. + Incentives
Candidates from western suburbs in Mumbai can only apply
Mon - Sat working (2nd and 4th Sat Off)
