Job Description:
Realatte Ventures is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and attract top talent to join our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and a passion for identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
A positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition.
