Job description
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement. Coordinate office maintenance and repair services. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain office records and filing systems.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Human Resources Duties: Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle on boarding and orientation for new employees.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support performance management and employee appraisal processes. Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in administrative and HR roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
