Monthly Reports to Head Office – HR Reports.
Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals.
Short listing the resumes based on the job requirement.
To arrange interview for vacant positions in the company.
Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
Completing employee files and introducing new recruits to Director’s.
Maintaining employee’s personal files and records.
Handling grievances.
Arranging replacement of absent employee.
Reporting their work at the end of the month to seniors.
Preparation of full and final settlement.
Preparing contracts for new staff & keeping track of all foreign staff for they visa renewals.
Co-ordinating with placement services for recruitments & completing documentation procedure to bring candidate on board.
Preparing pay slip every month.
Co-ordinating with foreign staff in regards with Pan registration & Bank account opening.
Distributing all HR documents to staff on time i.e Salary Slip & Form 16.
HR Documentation sheet to be updated as per requirements every month.
Updation on Inhouse software-ERP for staff details.
Handling attendance system.
