Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Head Hunting
Salary Negotiations
On-boarding
Attendance and payroll
Maintaining HR database
Conducting skip level meetings with sales employees
Handling employee grievances
Monitoring field performance on weekly basis and action plan
Monthly/Quarterly MIS & preparing presentations as and when needed.

Key Skills Required:
Candidate should have relevant experience of FMCG FOOD COMPANY only
Good interpersonal & people management skills
Taking initiative & go getter
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good knowledge of excel, PPT and Presentation Skills
Requirements:-
Masters Degree in Human Resources preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG Industry
