JOB DETAILS
Accountable for the End to End Recruitment: Right from understanding the requirement from hiring managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interviews, salary negotiation and on-boarding a candidate on a stipulated date
Relevant experience & knowledge in recruiting profiles for all levels
Should have good knowledge about various job sourcing portals and proficient on resume search through job sources and using search engines
Should have experience in competency hiring, walk-ins etc.
Should conduct an initial round of interviews
Liaise with internal team members such as the department heads, technical panel, management team to schedule interviews
Should have experience in working with Vendors/Consultants
Streamline and improvise on the recruitment process, and lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coach each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process
Work on hiring for high volume positions, screen, build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements
Should have effective convincing and negotiation skills
