THE ROLE
Pitchman is now looking for a Human Resources Associate to assist in the company's talent acquisition and employee onboarding plans of the organisation and any of its subsidiary entities. As an Associate / Sr. Associate, you will have some experience in Hiring and Employee Onboarding as recruitment would be a major part of your mandate for the foreseeable future. It is expected that you are highly efficient and have sound exposure to and knowledge of the Human Resources function. Ideally, you would have worked in a similar position in some other company. You would also be glad to assist the managerial team with any administrative ad-hoc tasks as and when required. As you would be the face of the company in front of potential candidates, it is expected that you would have excellent communication skills, verbal and written. You are someone who can manage end to end Human Resources function from hiring to developing policies and procedures for the company.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively source candidates from recruiters, referrals, company page posts and other online sources to close employee requirement targets as per company's hiring schedule.
Conduct preliminary interviews as per management brief
Create job descriptions and manage the hiring process
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) as per policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Assist the Management and Managerial Teams with any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
