Job description We seek an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive & Recruiter to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and a knack for finding the right candidates, we want to hear from you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Aasaanjob, LinkedIn), social media, and professional networks. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial in-person interviews, evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, and feedback, and addressing any concerns. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and applications. Maintain employee data and manage payroll calculations. SKILLS: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal: Strong ability to build rapport and positive relationships with candidates and colleagues. Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges. Ethical Conduct: Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate changes and evolving priorities in a dynamic and competitive job market. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR role or with a staffing agency. WHY JOIN US?
