Responsibilities (60% Recruitment & 40% HR Ops)
Recruitment
Ensure seamless supply of quality profiles for all departments and functions of the company and against all vacancies
Create a databank of talent by adapting to innovative methods of talent pool creation e.g.: Job portals, social media networking- LinkedIn, Facebook, HR communities, employee referral scheme.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduled time.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Operations
Completing Joining formalities for the new joiners
Issuing of Appointment Letters, Experience Letters and Relieving Letters.
Basic Knowledge Attendance & Leave Management, Statutory compliance, HR Audit, Exit Formalities, Payroll
Key Skills:
Minimum Graduate with Proven work experience of 1 year, as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
Familiar experience in Startups.
Should be able to work and deliver with speed and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
