Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Post job vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.
2. Maintain a data base of resumes downloaded or received through various channels with the feedback & candidate status mentioned.
3. Reviewing Resumes and Applications.
4. Conducting Recruitment Interviews and giving valuable inputs during the hiring process.
5. Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
6. Maintaining HR Records like Employee Docket, compensation, Health and medical insurance.
7. Communicating HR policies to the employees.
8. Preparation of Salary Statement.
9. To complete Exit formalities of employees.
10. Conducting various welfare activities.
11. Preparing and submitting all HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of the management.
12. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
13. Updating of Employee dockets on regular basis.
14. Preparing offer and Appointment letters.
15. prepare and maintain ESIC AND PF records
