JOB DETAILS
1. Ensure Organisation Development and man power planning and control for smooth and efficient operations of the plant.
2. Ensure all recruitment of right fit personnel, at the right time and right cost.
3. Conducting exit interviews and overseeing separation settlement action thereof.
4. To identify best talent /maintain data of probable candidates to fill gaps, when need arises.
5. Ensure a formal induction schedule for all new joinees.
6. Ensure compliance of all statutory statutes covering Factory laws and Industrial relations and other statutes.
7. To confirm authenticity of Contractors/ licenses and the labour /staff sourced through them.
8. To ensure compliance of Payroll/ leave management and filing of PF/ESI returns.
9. Ensure availability of labour throughout the year as per daily requirements for uninterrupted production.
10. Regular and proactive handling of Union matters / grievances and day to day IR matters.
11. Ensure audit of security measures, and conduct timely security drill to check pilferage etc.
12. Ensure minimizing, O.T Administration expenses including transport expense.
13. Ensure proper Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Liaison with authorities etc.
14. To provide HR/ Admn. Budget and plan operations thereof within the budget.
15. Ensure resolution of employee grievance/s to final conclusion.
16. Enhancing EHS awareness of employees and ensure related training thereof for employees.
17. To capture and submit regular MIS on various matter as may be desired by the management.
18. To undertake any other job as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
