Recruitment Optional
1. Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
2. Making Job description along for the required position
3. Source for relevant candidates, following up on regular basis with the vendors for relevant resumes, short listing and scheduling of the candidates
4. Review application/resume Interview job applicants and short listing suitable candidate; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
5. Negotiating for salary and notice period with the selected candidate
On Boarding
1. Issuing Offer letters to the selected candidates.
2. Verification of selected candidates.
3. Issuing of Appointment letters at the time of joining of the candidate.
4. Completion of joining formalities like Verification of Joining forms, Verification of Documents against originals and opening salary account
Induction
1. Taking induction of selected employees and introducing them to all employees.
2. Explaining them about company history, company profile and the departments
3. Explaining them about their profile and benefits
4. Explaining them the leave structure and other facilities
Attendance and Leave Management
1. Maintaining attendance records and following up with branches for the same
2. Taking actions on regular late comers
3. Effective coordination with employee and maintaining the leave data.
4. Following up with branches for leave applications
5. Annually allocating leaves to employee on probation and confirmation.
Database Management
1. Maintaining database of employees for all branches
2. Maintaining all salary records and submitting to auditors at the end of financial year
3. Keeping records of PF and PT.
Payroll Management
1. Calculation of salary considering all allowance, advance, loans, statutory deductions and F&F if any for all branches
2. Maintaining confidentiality of the same
Statutory related
1. Preparing PF, ESIC, and PT statement every month and mailing to consultant
2. Verifying PF, ESIC and PT challan received from consultant
3. Processing the payments of all compliances
Performance Appraisals
1. Giving confirmation to employees on completion of probation on basis of their performance.
2. Conducting monthly and quarterly appraisals with various successful measures.
3. Analyzing data and making report of appraisals
4. Counseling employees on poor performance
5. Conducting annual appraisal and giving all necessary reports to management for deciding the increment for the staff.
Employee Grievances:
1. Handling employee grievances related to wages, increment and providing satisfactory solution to their problems.
2. Acting as a link between management and employees.
3. Getting all the employees issues solved in coordination with management.
4. Manage all departments and maintain the decorum of the organization.
Employee Separation
1. Taking exit interviews and trying to retain the employee
2. Making full & final settlement
3. Taking charge of all company assets and making sure all record are clear
4. Issuing relieving and experience letter
5. Getting PF formalities done
HR Policies
1. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
2. Employee Handbook - Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
3. Other duties as assigned
